Heated to 38c, the vitality pool is perfect for all year-round relaxation! Feel the warmth of the water as the hydrotherapy jets from the full body beds & benches release tension & aches and pains.

Sunken Table Top Hydrotherapy Tub

Heated to 36c, the sunken table top hydrotherapy tub is the ultimate social space to soak up the sun, surrounded by beds of lavender & rosemary to arouse the senses. Feel the jets melt away stress and the feature table top offers a perfect perching place for a signature cocktail.

Panoramic Laconium

Heated to 30-35c (this will not necessarily induce perspiration). The Laconium raises the body temperature so this tricks your body into thinking you are starting to get a fever, this in turn helps strengthen your immune system. The room temperature is achieved by heating the floor and loungers allowing you to get a deep penetration of warmth throughout your body while you relax. Enhancing the experience further is the tranquil view of the gardens and fields beyond.

Light Relaxation Lounge and patio

Enjoy wide-reaching views of the stunning Cheshire countryside and take sanctuary from the stress of everyday life. This light relaxation lounge is great for a spot of daytime reading in one of the comfy armchairs. Get some fresh air on the patio and watch the day go by.

Located in the English Spa Garden & heated to 45-50c. Infused with salt and essential oils, inhaling the salty air (known as halotherapy) has health benefits particularly for the respiratory system and skin. The chamber features a quartz centre piece which helps increase energy (chi) whilst bringing more balance and harmony to your life.

Herbal Sauna

Located in the English Spa Garden, heated to 65-70c. Blended with lavender essence both inhaled and absorbed by the skin resulting in a revived feeling of wellness. Theatre-style seating gives an idyllic view over the herbal planters encapsulating the shed. 5-10minutes is the recommended duration for this experience.

Fresh Water Plunge Bath & Bucket Shower

Plunge into the fresh water bath or drench yourself under the bucket shower to invigorate all of your senses and help reduce anxiety & deep-set muscle tightness. Recommended between heat experiences to kick start your muscles recovery mode.
