What to do

The Manor House is located within an hour’s drive to the beautiful Peak District. We highly recommend a hike to Hope Valley for those who are up for a climb. It’s a moderate hike, with steep steps. Make sure you have your hiking boots and waterproofs and of course a camera at the ready. The views are exceptional. No matter the season, no matter the weather, it’s a destination that has so much character all year round. Autumn and Winter offer a moody, atmospheric scenery whereas the warmer seasons will grace you with clear blue skies and golden sunsets. It’s the perfect day trip to get some fresh air, before heading back to the spa for a relaxing evening.
